Hi Doug,
EZ Pinger looks like another very nice product. Keep up the great work.
My reset feature seems a bit limited. It does not actually reset the host completely for some reason. It will leave the host partially reset (the successes drop to 1 and the failures drop to zero, but the bar shows half green and half red... I had simulated an outage earlier).
But... that's not the reason for the post. I would really appreciate some comprehensive help and/or a good user guide.
Also, I'm wondering if you might be interested in signing up resellers.
Thanks,
TechExec |

The reset feature has three levels:
* Basic, which just resets the outer red or yellow circle indicators and error message.
* Normal, which also resets the host current and previous status, IP and MAC addresses.
* Full, which adds historical and statistical information.
To perform a Basic reset, just right-click a host and choose Reset Host Status or click the reset button on the toolbar. To perform a Normal reset hold SHIFT while clicking either of the above. To perform a Full reset, hold CONTROL while clicking either of the above.
I'll work on some documentation of some sort. In the mean time be sure to look over the Tips page on the website.
